Welcome to the Oregon Foundation for Vision Awareness [OFVA]

Mission Statement
The Oregon Foundation for Vision Awareness [OFVA] is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mission and goals are to provide education, scientific, and charitable services related to eye care to various segments of the general population and underprivileged individuals.  The Foundation serves as a clearinghouse for future financial assistance programs, charitable contributions, and grant programs for low income and indigent care.

Eye Health Fair
We held our first Eye Health Fair in St. Helens on Friday, January 22nd at Family Vision of Oregon.   It was a huge success, many patients were served. Click here for images.  Our next health fair is scheduled for Friday, April 23rd in Woodburn at Woodburn Vision Source.  

Participating Doctors
OFVA utilizes doctors who are a member of the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association and the American Optometric Association to provide eye health care and vision assistance.
